Dear Sally, I am a 58 year old Mom and Grandma. My daughter started homeschooling two years ago and loves it. I got onto your site through her email and have since signed up. You are so gifted and your heart is so beautiful and full of love for the Lord and the Moms that you serve. What a wonderful mission field, to encourage and serve young Mothers and their desire to bring up their children in the excellence of the Lord. I encourage you and applaud you in the Lord to keep on keeping on. It is a worthy walk. I love the following excerpt from your bio. It is much my heart and I am in full agreement.

"Walking long distances with friends or family, being out in natural beauty, traveling, speaking, cooking and eating good food, hospitality, reading great books, studying the Bible and knowing and loving God more and spending intimate time with close friends are my favorite things. I am a dreamer and free spirit and resist boxes, but willingly give up my expectations because I love being a part of serving my family and seeing then flourish."

It is so nice to know you and to know that you are active in your faith.. Love and Joy, Betsey

Dear Sally,

Your books have been such an inspiration to me. I have a 4.5 year old a 1.5 year and one on the way. I believe God has led me to homeschool my kids so we started this year with Faith and she is doing great. Your books have been so wonderful to me getting me back on track and helping me be the best mom God has created me to be. The examples I had growing up were not good ones. Your books have taught me to live according to Gods word and his word has all the answers just lean on him. Your ministry has also been inspiring to me as I feel the Lord has put on my heart to reach out to mom's as well to make them know that being a stay at home mom and taking care of there kids makes them just as important and successful as a mom who goes to work. Thank you for your books and I look forward to hopefully going to one of your conferences in California.

God Bless,
Vanessa

Dear Sally,

Words can not properly express my gratitude and appreication of your book Seasons of a Mother's Heart. I have been so blessed by each and every chapter. I am a new home school mom and have children...7,4,3, 8mo. I never dreamed that I would home school, but now can't believe it took me this long to be obediant to the Lord.

The Lord has taken my family through some very difficult times these last ten years. I could write a book myself on the amazing mircles He has performed. The Lord has giften you in a way that I have never seen. Please....know that your work is being used for His Kingdom.

Thank you so much! I am praying I can come to your seminar in Southern Calf. this weekend. I pray that the Lord provides a baby sitter so I can drive the couple hours away to hear you!

God Bless,
Tammy

Hello Sally! I have read your books and feel like you are a kindred spirit in many ways as well as a role model for me. Educating the Wholehearted Child, I believe, was God's directions for me!! I so appreciate your openness and ability to write what you have learned and experienced-- and its always done with a humble spirit. As the above poster has stated, I hope to hear and see you sometime here in the Northwest!

Blessings!!!

I've been meaning to thank you for a couple of years now. Your books have inspired me in so many ways. I think I've read The Mission of Motherhood at least 4 times! I have a 3 year old and a 1 year old and every day I seek to raise them and direct them in the way God would have me to. My own Mother and I have no relationship. Since I have my own children, I understand her absence even less. How can you not instantly love that precious being God has placed in your care? I want to be the best possible Mother I can and I've always kind of had a vision of what a great mother would be like. The things you do, the examples you give are exactly what I seek for my own family. I cherish the old-fashioned ideal of a family that lives in the world but doesn't have to be of the world. I may not be the most popular parent--but I pray the only one I want our famiy's ways to please is the Lord Himself. I thank God for you and I pray that He continues to bless you and your family. I've never been to one of your conferences-but would love to attend one in the future. Maybe you'll visit somewhere in Georgia again soon!

Heard you speak at the Texas Homeschool Coalition State Conference last fall and was hooked!! As a convicted control-freak, we tried switching to 100% literature-based (and I failed) but happily ended up with a modified Sonlight approach just for the structure. Thankfully, my children have flourished with it but it all leads back to you and your willingness to share yourself with others. Looking forward to your blogs, comments from other readers, and your wisdom. Thank you!!!

Ms Clarkson,
Just a note of thanks, for the book you wrote on educating the whole hearted child. A lady in my church let me borrow it. I couldn't put it down and I really didn't want to give it back. I am 29 years old and I have 2 boys. We have been doing the traditional homeschooling but we are going to Konos this upcoming year. Your book has inspired me in so many different areas of my life. Please pray that I can accomplish this mission. I know my boys will enjoy the hands on approach andthe more time we will spend together as a family making memories. Thanks for everything! Please send me the newsletters at this address because I do not have email. 69 chipmunk trail, greenville,ga 30222 if possible Love Beth Dubreuiel
